National Day of Prayer Gathering

May 3rd, 2018

THURSDAY | MAY 3 | NOON-1 PM

Olathe Courthouse Gazebo
100 N. Kansas Ave.
Olathe, KS 66061

The National Day of Prayer is an annual observance held on the first Thursday of May, inviting people of all faiths to pray for the nation. It was created in 1952 by a joint resolution of the United States Congress, and signed into law by President Harry S. Truman. Our Task Force is a privately funded organization whose purpose is to encourage participation on the National Day of Prayer. It exists to communicate with every individual the need for personal repentance and prayer, to create appropriate materials, and to mobilize the Christian community to intercede for America’s leaders and its families. The Task Force represents a Judeo-Christian expression of the national observance, based on our understanding that this country was birthed in prayer and in reverence for the God of the Bible.

Join Pastor Mike and Christ followers around Olathe for this one-hour time of prayer for unity in our nation as expressed in Ephesians 4:3.

No registration required. Just show up at the Olathe Courthouse Gazebo at noon on May 3.

Women's Bible Study | Summer Session 2018

June 5th - July 24th, 2018

$20

**TUESDAYS | JUNE 5 - JULY 24 | FELLOWSHIP HALL

What do we do when God interrupts our lives? Many times, like Jonah, we run! In this Bible study, Priscilla redefines interruption and shows that interruption is actually God's invitation to do something beyond our wildest dreams. When Jonah was willing to allow God to interrupt his life, the result was revival in an entire city.

Each week, we will watch a video teaching session by Priscilla Shirer, have discussion related to the workbook, and spend time in prayer together.

Your registration includes a study book and 8 sessions, together, that will help you connect the truth of God’s Word to your life. Starting June 5, we’ll explore more deeply what interruption means for us through the example of Jonah.
